How Do We Store The Glo Pal Light Up Cubes When Not In Use?
- If the Glo Pal Light Up Cube does not turn off completely when removed from water, blow through the small slots below the top and bottom of the Pal's face. This should dry off the liquid activation sensor.
- Place the Pals on their side after removed from liquid. This will help them to dry more quickly.
- Bath bombs, bath salts, excess soaps and shampoos can interfere with the Pal's liquid activation and cause the Pals to stay on when removed from water. If you have a stubborn Pal that still doesn't want to turn off, run this Pal under warm water and then try again to blow through the slots of the Glo Pal to get it to turn off.
- If the Pal doesn't turn off after these steps, chances are that the Pal has been damaged. Please reach out to our team (support@glopals.com) and we will work with you to resolve this issue.
